Who does the customer see as the seller?
Bettershop. The trademark stays with the brand, as do Brand Registry and content rights.
Who sets the retail prices?
We agree them with the brand, channel by channel, to protect positioning and the sales network.
Can I keep some channels on my own account?
Yes. Merchant of Record can be switched on for some countries or marketplaces only, alongside the channels you already run.
How and when do I get paid?
Every month, with a sales and stock report and one invoice. On consignment we only pay for what we have sold.
Who handles advertising and content?
We do, with the same team that works with our other brands: catalogue, images, advertising and promotions on every channel.
