Case studies
A selection of the Amazon projects we manage across Seller Central and Vendor Central. For confidentiality, we don’t name our clients.
CASE 1
Natural supplements: from manufacturer to Amazon with FBA and Multi-Channel Fulfillment
Industry: Supplements and food ingredients
Model: Seller Central, FBA
The challenge
An Italian supplement manufacturer wanted to sell on Amazon without building an in-house team or splitting inventory between Amazon and its own online store.
What we did
- Full management of the Seller channel: catalog, content, pricing and account management.
- Replenishment planning and inbound shipments to FBA.
- Connected the brand’s online store to the same FBA inventory through Multi-Channel Fulfillment, so website orders are also fulfilled by Amazon.
CASE 2
Italian food brand: expansion across Europe and the UK
Industry: Food
Model: Seller Central, FBA, Pan-EU and UK
The challenge
An Italian food brand wanted to grow beyond its home market and sell in Europe and the UK, each with different rules, logistics and taxes.
What we did
- Opened and set up the European marketplaces and the UK marketplace on the same Seller account.
- Monthly forecasting and replenishment planning, with UK inventory managed separately from EU stock.
- Handled UK requirements: fiscal representation, food business operator and responsible person address for products.
- Localized content and listings for each country.
CASE 3
Premium cosmetics: from Vendor to Seller to control pricing and distribution
Industry: Cosmetics and fragrances
Model: Vendor Central and Seller Central
The challenge
A multi-brand cosmetics group sold on Amazon only as a Vendor. For its premium brands it needed direct control over retail price and brand image.
What we did
- Portfolio review to decide which brands stay in Vendor and which move to Seller.
- Realigned the existing Vendor account and set up new Seller accounts, starting from France.
- FBA sales from the client’s local warehouses, with retail pricing managed directly.
- Rollout plan for the other European marketplaces.
CASE 4
Vendor Central: claims recovery and multi-country management
Industry: Consumer goods, toys, medical devices
Model: Vendor Central
The challenge
Several vendors with separate codes across countries had shortage and price claims open for months and little visibility on real margins.
What we did
- Reviewed invoices and deliveries, prepared and filed disputes in Vendor Central.
- Structured escalation to Amazon vendor managers and category contacts.
- Negotiated annual terms and co-op agreements, with regular calls with the Amazon team.
- Compliance projects on large, regulated catalogs, prioritized by sales.
CASE 5
Amazon accounting: settlements, VAT and fees under control every month
Industry: food and supplements
Model: Seller Central, FBA, Pan-EU and UK
The challenge
Selling across several European marketplaces and the UK, Amazon payments arrived as aggregated settlements, with sales, fees, refunds and chargebacks mixed together. Matching them to bank statements and splitting VAT by country took a lot of manual work every month.
What we did
- Monthly reconciliation of every settlement against the bank transfers received, line by line.
- Tax reports by country and VAT rate, with a month-end summary ready for the accountant.
- Checks on Amazon fees (referral, FBA fulfilment, storage) and disputes on incorrect charges.
- Reviews of lost or damaged FBA units and reimbursement claims.
